Hi,
My iMac had a lot of LCD issues, got it repaired 2 times since I bought 3 months back, so I asked for a replacement and they obliged. However, I've couple questions: 1. Will the replacement be a completely brand new, box-pack with a unique serial? I mean, will it be in the same box and have the same components as the new comes with? Just wondering cause.. 2. The courier guy collected the unit from me with everything, machine, keyboard mouse, cords and the box. But I forgot to put in the apple remote. I asked the local dealer what could be done now and he said I'll get the new one without remote. So I doubt if they're providing me a new one? If anyone's got a replacement ever, what's it like, Do you get a COMPLETELY new product? Thanks |
