iMac - My iMac G4 17" superdrive have dont read discs

this is my first post, I have problems with my mac, since when I put DVD to him some times does not read them, and not burning correctly, some times also bad burning cds, which worries to me is that the DVD movies play ok, please somebody help me!

G'day and welcome to the forums Argentini.

The greatest problems with DVD and CDs is the quality of the discs. As a suggestion, buy good quality discs such as Verbatim. If you are still having problems it may be something you are doing incorrectly.
