Printer Problems

Listen to this story,
Once apon a time, i was at the apple store looking to buy an iMac G5 with Built in iSight, i asked all the questions, like will it work with my Hp officejet 6110 connected to a pc, they said YES. I said great and bought an iMac G5 2.1 ghz 20" 1.5 gb ram. I brought it home to set it up, sure enough the printer would not connect, so i ent and bought an airport express, and plugged the printer in the it. Everything worked, but on the pc, when i go print, and i click properters, there is the geniric printer utility, i cant even tell it to print on 4*6
