In the movie "Ten Things I Hate About You" the Verona High counselor (Allison Janney's character) uses an old PowerBook G3 of some sort (Lombard?)

I noticed that a few shows or movies hide the fact that they are using a mac. If they're using a laptop; they'll usually put tape over the Apple logo or put another logo over it.

Meet the Fockers. Beginning when Ben Stiller calls his parents. It was a direct advertisement of the ibook, but it was still nice. I think it was a 12 inch. Im quite sure it was actually. Hehe.

Hey Hey Hey, nip tuck last season, (New user) I got tired of becoming a windows expert by default. We had a running bet on all new pc's, how long till the 1st virus would hit? And when I would get the call at home to re map our networks.

It's becoming the vogue thing to do in movies to have a Mac. In Blade 3, every computer in the movie was a Mac. In Something's Gotta Give, the female lead had a Mac and Nicholson was on a PC. There's a bunch more, too. Pretty much every movie that has a computer in it now has a Mac somewhere.

I know these are older movies now, but both The Net with Sandra Bullock and Hackers used all Macs and did not hide the Apple either!

I see a lot of Macs on HGTV on the rebuild your house and redo a room of your house for under $1000. A lot of the interor designers seem to use Powerbooks.

Cool

You normally see the computer's logo in the movies. In most cases the logos are covered up in the commericals or at least Apple's logo is.
