Mac Specs: 15” Macbook Pro, Core 2 Duo, 2.4GHz, 4GB, 160GB HD

Ichat video chatting weird issue

Okay so I havent been able to video chat out side of my network at my apartment complex I contacted the ISP and they said they are aware of this issue with I chat its because I need a Static IP address then. Well i just bought the new Apple extreme base station and used my laptop wireless and now the video chat works it just doesnt work when I am wired......
