Remote Desktop, MAc to Pc?

Is there anyway to connect to a pc via remote desktop or something along those lines..? At work we have a windblows piece of junk, and at home obviously, all i have is macs. My retard employees call me all the time with computer problems, and it would make my life soo easy if i could connect remotely..

if you have info, thanks!

Do a google on "VNC". It runs on "everything" PCs, Macs, UNIX and more and lets you ship the displays around. Apple remote desktop is based on vnc which is available as free Open Source
