Time Capsule full

Hey guys,i bought my time capsule few months ago,i put around 150 gb,my time capsule is 500 G,in settings i never changed hourly backups and now is telling me that my time capsule is full for next back up,dont know how it got full cause i only used around 150 GB,and cant find a way to free space other than deleting my files,is it any way i can fix this or any configuration i need to change,i would appreciate any help on this,not much help that i can find

Mac Specs: MacBook 2.4 GHz, 4 Gb, 320 GB 7200 RPM WD Scorpio, OS X 10.6.2, Win 7
I'm assuming you're using Time Machine to do the backups?

You might also want to change the time schedule and how often you make the backups. Try TimeMachineScheduler a free app.
