Hi, I know this does not sound original and it is a bit boring as well...anyway...I'm fighting with the Virgin settings to use my broadband with the netgear and of course I have a macbook!!!!!

i read through this forum and many others on the web...thanks to these readings I was able to set the router, to name my network, etc etc. Now I get a very strong signal, I detect the wireless but I'm not able to surf...also from my network settings, I can see the airport but when I do the "diagnosis" at the end it say that I cannot connect to the web. I tried to restart the Mac, reset the netgear, and insult the virgin several times, but no way.
I guess there is something on the router setting that should be changed? I tried to get into the 192.168.1.1 and when for example I try to do the Setup Wizard in ethernet (in wireless I can even do it), it say No Internet Connection Detected.
If anyone can help, I will be grateful.
