Sure, you don't need a terribly powerful video card for 2D video. If you were 3D modeling or gaming, that would be a different story.
Even still, the 4850 is a pretty strong card.
Liquid and computers don't mix. It might seem simple, but we see an incredible amount of people post here about spills. Keep drinks and other liquids away from your expensive electronics!
