Bottom line is this is the first type of complaint i have seen like this. Everyone else finds it. Even the spammers do 
Also if this message board and website is not accessible to you i am sure there are plenty others out there that will be better for you.
No the internet is not supposed to be accessible for people of all stokes of life. There are no rules for the internet.
