Linux on my Powerbook G4

Alrighty. So I want to install Linux on my Powerbook G4 (1.5GHZ, 15", aluminum), mostly for tinkering and various linux-only tools. I want to install Yellow Dog Linux or Debian for PowerPC. Are there any other Linux distros that run well on PPC and does anyone know where I can download a copy of Yellow Dog Linux 6.2 (not the one for PS3!)? So I want to dual boot it with Mac OSX 10.5.6 on another partition. I have an 80GB HD and I wil probably leave about 5GB for Linux, as I won't be putting much on it. So, I just want to know if anyone has any experience with installing either of these distros on this or a similar mac via a seperate partition on the same drive, and any advice anyone has to offer?
-thx
