Let's start with some basics and go from there. Have you repaired the disk permissions? What did you install just before you noticed these random errors? Is there anything that you do just before it happens?

Kernel panic messages, to me at least, are cryptic at best. If I am reading this right, it looks like it could be USB related. Do you have anything plugged in through USB?
