I have tried changing the startup disk, It reboots, looks for the OS for a second, and boots Tiger.
I have tried to boot from the OS 9 disk, It refuses to boot from it, and apparently can't find the disk (DVD drive does work, I installed the CD version of Tiger with it)
Trust me, I have tried all the obvious things.
