Sup guys,
I just lucked out and received a mac for basically nothing for helping my friend out. It's a mid 2007 macbook and this is my first. I got a few questions:
1) It's running 10.4.11 and it has all his stuff on the HD still. That being said, what I want to do is delete and wipe the hard drive clean and make it start brand new like it just came from Apple. The only restore discs I have are newer leopard 10.5.5 I believe. How do I about doing this, and will it work?
2) I know theres still many preferences I have to get used to and modify, but one that's really bothering me is that I can't hold down the down arrow and scroll down a page. (web, word, anything!) Instead it only lets me tap the down arrow over and over again to get there. Any ideas?
