EDIT!!

Woo!! So i managed to create a new account on my computer in single user mode.. Unfortunately, I still can't seem to login as my original user... But, I still have the user folder on my hard drive.

I tried simply recreating the user under my preferences, but when i tell it to use the folder that's already on the hard drive, it never finishes the command.... So I'm wondering if anyone here knows anything about recovering missing user accounts, or at least in the absolute worst case, deleting them.
