Assuming you have 32-bit XP Pro, then (1) make sure you have the current version of BootCamp, and (2) you may want to be sure you have the latest drivers installed from your Leopard disc. If all that's the same, while I have not had this issue, others have found that disabling the security protocols on your network will allow Windows to engage, and then you can re-enable subsequently. Also, you'll need to go through all the windows settings for the network.
