When you run Disk Utility what do you see for partitions? If the Windows partition was correctly removed (by running Boot Camp assistant, selecting create partition, select restore) you should be back to the original HDD size.

BTW, a disk of 120 GB nominal size will be smaller in real size. The 9 GB you've "lost" may in fact not be lost at all.
