So, I'm setting up iChat over AIM with my friend, and we're doing fine with the IM and we are in a video chat.....BUT, we can only see OURSELVES in each other's video screen.

What I mean is, on her screen she sees the video of herself, and on my screen I only see the video of myself, not visa versa.

I've gone through all the tabs and can't figure out how to see her and her to see me! Help!
