it's a netgear dg834pn, i have a ethernet cable connected to it and it's connected to the adsl filter to my phone line and it recognises that theres a line but will not authenticate it just says failed. i hace called the broadband provider and they r not very helpful i don't think they now there stuff really, all the correct lights r on except the net connection light, i know it's not the router as i have already changed it thinking that there may be a fault with it, i'm just so confused and frustrated it's driving me bonkers
