Although this link isn't working at the moment, Apple's official stance on defragmentation is that it's largely unneccessary, providing that your volume isn't full or nearly full. Otherwise, OS X takes care of defragmentation on-the-fly.
If you feel the need to defragment anyway, check out iDefrag.
Liquid and computers don't mix. It might seem simple, but we see an incredible amount of people post here about spills. Keep drinks and other liquids away from your expensive electronics!
