I've used both Parallels and VMWare for both Windows XP/Vista and Linux Fedora 8/Knoppix installs. To be honest I am leaning towards VMWare at the moment just due to the fact that it handles my desktop resolution setting in linux better.

VMWare has the ability to use your boot camp partition as a VM though and that sounds pretty cool.

Since using these two products I no longer have a need to run a dual boot system.
