The sales person I spent a lot of time with prior to purchasing this PowerMac told me that they had the worst of all worlds: no commission on sales, but a quota. If they didn't meet the quota, they were considered a poor performer and could be dismissed. Much as I think it would be a fun place to work, I think I would not like it there!
