In Terminal.app you can copy paste (BE VERY CAREFUL) this:
sudo rm-rf
Then drag the "locked" files and drop them in the Terminal Window.
It will then look like this (showing the path to the files) **Make sure there is a space between the f and the File Path (~/blahblah/blah/blah):
Sudo rm -rf ~/Desktop/FolderName/fileToBeDeleted
Press ENTER
You will be prompted for your Password.
type in your Admin password... You will not see the characters as you type.
Press ENTER after typing your password.
Viola! Your files are gone!
