to the one who has no probem while running Leopard, lucky you. Just want to make it more clear that I made a test that I put 5 files in the Trash, they are only MS word files and each file is no more than 10 kb.

After I hold the power button down to let my mac totally shutdown, then everything become like normal meaning I can restart or shutdown without pushing the power button. This problem happens after a while I play game, watching movies, listening music.

Of course I don't want to restart from backup drive, I plugged it out because I was hang. Well, I don't think it need to take 24 hours to do the back up because I just earsed my external drive and make a clean back up again with 22,7 GB used of my internal HD and it took less than 2 hours.
