I recently bought a laptop bag by Targus, and it has no hard protection for the laptop section at all. I usually carry a generous but not excessive amount of documents and other things, and can't risk 'compression' damage.

Is there a place where i can buy a hard sleeve or box that goes into the laptop section, wherein i can put my laptop?

Also, I could probably make one of these myself out of aluminum and microfiber/felt. Anyone got any suggestions?
