When 10.2 was released this was a very well known problem... But today it is as easy as doing a simple update, it can be resolved by doing the the update 10.2.5... Apple included this into their new update in 2003... If you running Tiger you shouldn't be having this problem, But is so, you'll need to update your firmware instead, this issue came back into play when people started upgrading their systems to tiger also... Do the latest firmware update and that should resolve and problems...
