a quick update:

changing the scan interval didn't help. after a few days the problem happened again and was occuring ever since.

manufacturer was out of help. seems like they cannot afford to buy Mac Pro to complete the testings or maybe they are simply not interested in porting it to new Macs or anything else.

i had to return this kvm back as it proved to be useless with Mac Pro. so far it did more harm to it.
