Unfortunately there is no way create a real sub-team. You will fold for ocforums.com... About all you can do is everyone from Mac-Forums.com would put something like [MacForums] or [MF] in front of their chosen folding nick.

I would suggest joining a mac team to support the mac community. There are many great Mac teams. Some of them are Team MacOSX, MacRumors.com, Team MacAddict, Team MacNN and my newly formed team, Team PowerMacUnited. [I am currently seeking team members, and people who are willing to help create a great community for the team.]

Feel free to search out the various teams and join who you want, joining any team will benefit the cause.
