im in the dvd movie player im watching a brand new dvd..nothing is wrong with the cd..

ok now the sound on this machine is sooooo low is this normal??


i have to set the audio at full capacity for it to even sound normal...

im not expecting some AMAZING sound but i am however expecting at least something that is audible when its set over half capacity....

any ideas?
