hi,

i have just bought a G4 ibook for 3 days now, and already i have experienced some problems.

1. after i had created some files and save them, the files didn't directly show up on finder. i had to use the finder's search facility (command-f) and click exactly on those files in order to make them visible on finder windows. is there supposed to be any "refresh" command like those in Windows??
2. everytime i access the help centre via applications other than finder, the window just show up empty. i have to go to help's Home and then browse manually thru the index. is this normal?
