I wouldn't get too hung up on them if your system is running fine.
I did spot this line however.."1/24/13 4:46:34.000 PM kernel: wl0: Roamed or switched channel, reason #8, bssid 7c:bf:b1:e7:4b:80"
Hold the alt key down whilst clicking on the wi-fi icon on the menu bar and your BSSID will be listed in the greyed out specs underneath your selected network. Check that this matches with the one in the log.
Your connectivity issues can be a whole host of things but if I were you I would start with the wireless router and make sure that the firmware on it is up to date because introducing a new piece of state of the art hardware onto an older network can throw up these anomalies
