You can try Keyboard Cleaner, a program meant to allow you to clean your keyboard without having the keypresses do anything, but in your case you would run it all the time and then use the external keyboard..

There is another more drastic method by removing the keyboard support from OS X itself.

I would recommend the app first and if that doesn't do it, then switching to the second method..
