Unbelievable to me that IT departments are still using Cisco VPN concentrators and RDP. There are much better and more cost-effective solutions.

Until they decide to join us here in the 21st century, Cisco does have a Mac-native VPN client, but it must be downloaded by your IT folks.

Once you have a connection established, there are quite a few RDP clients out there for the Mac, including Microsoft's own.

Liquid and computers don't mix. It might seem simple, but we see an incredible amount of people post here about spills. Keep drinks and other liquids away from your expensive electronics!
