I've been using PSE 9 and now 10 for a couple of years.

Lightroom 3 is now available for a bargain £40 in the UK and I was wondering whether anyone who has used both could answer a few questions for me?

- is the raw converter the same as in elements or the more advanced version found in Photoshop CS or something totally different
- are there bits of each that are unique to each application so running both would give a fuller editing package
- is the organiser better in lightroom
