Great news everyone!

Since it appears this was a hidden file, I researched how to find hidden files on a mac. I downloaded a mac program called Hidden Files and it immediately showed me every hidden file on my computer. So I went to the location of .UltraLinguaES.tmp and deleted that sucker. So now it's gone. It was some type of unix file, not sure why Mac thought of it as such importance to keep it hidden but now it's gone.
