Removing such files recovers exactly ZERO "memory space."
Removing such files from your STORAGE might earn you a GB or two, but very often (VERY often) we get reports from people who then try to install MS Office or Adobe products that rely on most of those languages (at least the core ones) being there and don't work properly when they aren't.
Hard drives with loads of capacity are still ridiculously cheap. If my choice is to get a larger HD than I think I might need, or risk ruining my system and app installs to save 2GB, I know which choice I'm going with ...
