1) Can anyone recommend a good online tutorial for iCal? I'm sure there must be one.

2) Can iCal or some other app do this: Pop up a message, like a reminder, when a scheduled appointment or event is coming due? I really need something to help me keep track of dates and appointments and deadlines.
