You can visit RAM Memory Upgrade: Dell, Mac, Apple, HP, Compaq. USB drives, SSD at Crucial.com or Memory up to 32GB for Apple iMac 2011 Thunderbolt equipped models to grab your memory for upgrade. Or at least use them to ensure that the memory you've found is indeed correct (speed and so on)..

As far as the installation goes, yes, it's as simple as removing the bottom memory slot and plugging in the new memory into the available free slots and off you go. You don't need to touch the existing memory..
