Hi All,

I currently use Mac Mail to send emails from my iMac and i am having a few issues.

I run a small business and use the Mac Mail to send emails to customers, answers queries etc..

For months i have been using a signature as a template for all my mails, a simple logo at the top, dear .... and my details at the bottom.

As far as i was aware everyone was receiving the email as it looked on my screen when i hit send, apparently this wasn't the case.

A big customer of mine finally let me know that the messages i had been sending are been sent as an attachment and my logo was merely a low resolution attachment.

I am wondering if anyone can guide me on how to send it so the image appears as an image in the message and to stop the text being sent as an attachment.

Also if there is a better alternative for free when sending professional looking emails from mac.

Any suggestions appreciated! Thanks
