I can't answer that question, either - but the Authorized Repair Station in Juneau quit doing that a couple of weeks ago - and with no road into town, it's a job of flying (or boating) my Powerbook to wherever it needs to go. If they want to ship it to Texas on their dime, more power to them - all I want is *actual* next-day-air to the Last Frontier.
