I was afraid of that. I'm in Juneau, Alaska so there's no Apple Store anywhere within a reasonable distance. We have an Apple Authorized Reseller, but the last time I had to deal with them it was quite a long time before I got my stuff back. I'm rather hoping this turns out to be a software bug...
