Well.... you can do it from the GUI as such..
Mac OS X: Using the Finder to Mount NFS Exports
otherwise it's an nfs mount. Assuming you have NFS enabled on your linux box.
so probably something like...
mount_nfs -o resvport nfsserver:/nfsshare /nfsmount
of course man is always there at the CLI.
