The KP is occurring due to a kernel task. However, I'm thinking that regardless of whether or not the Logitech WebCam is in use or not, its drivers are. And it looks like that's what's causing the crashes.

Completely uninstall the WebCam and its related drivers and see if that cures the crashes. Another test you can do is start the machine in Safe Boot Mode (hold down the shift key as you boot and hear the chime). Safe Boot Mode disables third party drivers and even some that belong to Apple such as sound.

No crashes in Safe Boot Mode, proceed with uninstalling the Logitech stuff.
