Here's what's happening: Screen shot 2011-08-12 at 10.04.28 AM.png

Notice that the Quit option is grayed out. The only way to close it is to Force Quit. Does anyone know why it's happening and how to fix it?

I'm running Snow Leopard 10.6.8

Edit: I should mention that this is not happening with Firefox or Chrome.
