"Natural" scrolling is the correct term (watch yourself using an iPad or iPhone and you'll see why), but "what we're used to" scrolling on the Mac works too. My brain doesn't seem to have any trouble switching back and forth, but if I turn on natural scrolling I get used to it in an hour or so. Some people have more trouble (different wiring on the brain), some people have less.
