Apparently, a friend of mine downloaded adobe cs5 and I am constantly getting a pop up updater alert. I tried contacting adobe support but they said that I can't deactivate this program w/o a serial number and would need to buy it. I am not buying this program but what do I do? I want to deactivate this. Please help me.
