AdMob CEO says Apple's iOS terms are not in best interest of consumers
AppleInsider | AdMob CEO says Apple's iOS terms are not in best interest of consumers
Quote:
Responding to Apple's changes to the iOS developer agreement, the chief executive of AdMob said Wednesday that he believes developers will lose money and consumers will have access to fewer free and low priced applications on the iPhone.
THis story makes a lot of sense. Apple set their iAd legal talk so independant Ads as in ones from Joe public but ads from big Ad companies like Ad mob would need Apple's ok to have their ads on the iOS.

But the catch is many companeis use Admob as their advertising agancy. And the above rules basically allow Apple to say "nope nothing associated with Admob is allowed on our iOS". And we all know Admob is basically an arm on Google these days. This whole article is basically Admob (and Google) crying like a baby cause they can not advertise on iOS.

Google and Admob need to grow up. Would they allow Apple to put a version of iAd on their andripd devices? **** no they would not. Fair is fair. Advertise on your own platforms as Apple is. Google and Co. need to grow up and stop winging about everyone else and actually start making some good products/services.
