MakoShark is on a distinguished road
Mac Specs: Macbook Pro 13" 2.53GHz, 4GB RAM, 320GB Hard Drive, Nvidia 9400M

MakoShark is offline
I did have the latest version of boot camp but I reinstalled all the drivers from the OS X 10.6 disk to see if this fixed the problem. It seems to have fixed it as my games no longer freeze after a while and I can here the fan revving up. I am running XP. I think the problem with my games was the GPU / CPU slowing down when it got to a certain temperature. I think the GPU slowed down at 90˚C as my games went to a frame rate of about 2fps when it went above 90˚C. It now stays around 70˚-85˚C and my games run fine. PC Wizard still doesn't show the fan speed correctly but I think that it can't actually read the fan speed for some reason as it always says 2000rpm even when I can here the fan going a lot faster.
