Many thanks Nick for the enlightening yet disconcerting appraisal. I work in education so there is no way I can work with illegal copies of software. Is there a method whereby I can determine whether or not the software is legal or not? If I click on, say, Soundtrack Pro and the About tab, I am advised that the software is licensed to this computer. If it is indeed illegal I will encourage the seller to reimburse me.
