You are flirting with iPhone Death jail breaking it IMO.
Have you tried to get it going by holding down the Home and on/off buttons ??
Have you tried to restore it again buy re connecting to iTunes... ??
And be aware that once you have it going again it wont be jailbroken and you will have to go through Jailbreaking it all again
Tell us what you have tried and havnt tried so we can help a little more
